Welcome to our Loyalty Program! By participating in this program, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Eligibility
1.1 The Loyalty Program is open to all customers over the age of 18
1.2 Online purchases are not eligible for the loyalty program
1.3 Each customer is eligible for one loyalty card
2. Earning Stamps
2.1 Customers will receive one (1) stamp for each purchase of $100 or more in a single transaction
2.2 Transactions may be made up of multiple items, including flowers and/or gift items
2.3 Only one stamp can be earned per transaction over $100, regardless of the total amount spent
2.4 Stamps will be issued at the time of purchase, and must be collected by the customer named on the loyalty card
2.5 Stamps are non-trasferrable between customers
2.6 Some exclusions may apply, and not all purchases may qualify for points
3. Redeeming Rewards
3.1 Once a customer collects five (5) stamps, they are eligible to receive a special loyalty gift
3.2 Customers who collect ten (10) stamps will receive an even bigger reward
3.3 Rewards must be redeemed at the time of receiving a 5th or 10th stamp. Rewards not redeemed within this period will expire and be forfeited
4. Loyalty Gifts and Rewards
4.1 All rewards and gifts relating to this program will be determined by Flowers By EA and are subject to availability and change
4.2 Rewards and gifts cannot be exchanged for cash or any other items
5. General Conditions
5.1 Flowers By EA reserves the right to modify or terminate the Loyalty Program at any time without prior notice
5.2 Any fraudulent activity or misuse of the Loyalty Program may result in disqualification and forfeiture of all stamps and rewards
5.3 By participating in the Loyalty Program, customers agree to the collection and use of their personal information in accordance with Flowers By EA’s Privacy Policy
5.4 Flowers By EA reserves the right to cancel any Loyalty Card account that has been inactive for a period of 12 months or more, or for any breach of these Terms and Conditions.
6. Limitation of Liability
6.1 Flowers By EA is not responsible for any lost or stolen stamps.
6.2 Flowers By EA shall not be liable for any damages or losses arising from participation in the Loyalty Program or the inability to participate in the Loyalty Program.
6.3 Flowers By EA will not be liable for any system failure or malfunction of the Loyalty Card Program or any consequences thereof. Flowers By EA makes no warranties, express or implied, with respect to the Loyalty Card or any related services.
